Rings can be returned for a refund or replacements within 30 days of purchase.

Return costs are payable unless faulty.

Although your rings should arrive within 1 - 2 days(1st class ),2-4 days,(2nd class) Rings are not deemed lost until 14 business days. Occasionally they may be slow to arrive or get lost. After this time,replacements or a refund can be given.

Europe -

Although your rings should arrive within 3 - 10 days(Standard Airmail )or International tracked and signed),Rings are not deemed lost until 21 business days. Occasionally they may be slow to arrive or get lost. After this time,replacements or a refund can be given.

Elsewhere -

Although your rings should arrive within 5 - 14 days,International Track and Sign).Rings are not deemed lost until 28  business days. Occasionally they may be slow to arrive or get lost. After this time,replacements or a refund can be given.
