1/How much to ship to the U.K?

Shipping is heavily discounted anywhere in the U.K. (Retail Customers) - The more you buy the cheaper the shipping.

FREE SHIPPING for U.K (Business Wholesale) for 100 + pairs.

There will now be a £15.00 flat shipping charge for 50 - 99 pairs due to extra costs.

 

2/How much to ship to Europe?
Shipping starts from £3.10 to  Europe,which is a standard non tracked service.Anyone wanting the track and sign service.please ask for a quote.

Europe Wholesale - contact us for shipping costs. The cost varies depending on the destination.This fee will be subsidised,so you will only pay part of the cost.

 
 3/Will I have to pay a customs fee ?

Anyone  needs to be aware of any customs fee relevant to their country. The customer takes full responsibility for these fees.

 

 

4/ When can I expect my order?

We aim to ship within 24 hours,(often the same day), so between 1 - 3 days is the norm for the U.K although it's not written in stone. (Retail Customers)

 

Shipping for Europe usually took within 4 - 7 days. (Retail Customers).Brexit and covid 19 has slowed this down. We assume this is temporary.

 

 5/ When can I expect my bulk wholesale order to arrive ?

In Stock - 2 - 4 days - U.K / Up to 1 week - Europe (Usually) but can be 6 weeks ..

Out of stock - Approx 6 - 10 weeks.

 5/ Do you ship outside of Europe?

Yes

 

SHIPPING TO ITALY/ HUNGARY  - Unfortunately we have to send items to these countries with The 'International Signed for 'service. This means the shipping starts at £8.30. This is because of the countless  inquires of the whereabouts of their order  we get from this country. I really do hate to do this , but we feel that we no longer have a choice. Thank you for your understanding.

 

If you should still not receive your rings via this method,then more will be sent out at of course,no extra charge.
